Water is vital to the life of our region.
This website is designed to help teachers introduce water through two key projects - WaterColours for Key Stage 1 and WaterCycles for Key Stage 2. Both have an online, whiteboard friendly, multimedia presentation with accompanying worksheets. They help children to understand the importance and value of water, particularly clean water, and inspire them, through art and science, to treat water as a precious resource.
Both projects also offer the opportunity for pupils to receive a special visit from the South West Water education team in their Customer Caravan packed with water activities and games.
